I have a modified Camp Chef stove that I slide in under my trailer and it was able to cook 3 Dutch Oven Cobblers at about the same time. They are impressive stoves, especially with the griddle.
Funny you mention that, last night I was thinking abou removing my two burner stove from the outside kitchen and installing the camp chef in its place. I measured today and it looks like it might be a tight fit.
How did you mount yours to your tt?

My Camp Chef stove is mounted on a custom trailer that I built for my Avion C-11 camper. It sits much higher than most travel trailers so I have a 2" tube that rides in a receiver tube under the frame. The 2" tube is about 7' long so it allows me to pull the stove way out away from the trailer to cook on. If I were to install one on my 34' Avion trailer I would put a slide in tube similar to the one I currently have, but I would put it on top of the frame and I would make the stove fold upwards to get it above the battery box and LP cylinders, for storage.
