i was wondering,,,,, is it possible to make biscuits in a gas grill

Check out the Lodge cast iron pans for biscuits. We made biscuits on a stick over a camp fire. Peel the bark off a 2" dia stick. Put dough on it and do it over the camp fire. Biscuit comes off stick like a cup. Then add some chilli. Little messy but good.
