what I've found interesting over the years is two statements, both correct.
The ford Fseries is the largest selling pickup brand in the U.S. (302,000)
GM sells more pickups than does ford.( 306,000) (350,000 if you add in colorado and canyon, without any ford rangers available anymore)
And GM doesn't seem to do much/any advertising that they outsell ford. At least that I'm aware of.
Just that GM has two brands, Chevrolet and GMC, and 2 or 4 product lines depending on how you want to slice and dice it
and it looks like the ridgline is pretty much gone. wonder if honda even offers it anymore.
