Unless you are calling F150, Silverado, etc "midsize", I don't get your drift. Add up the top 4 sellers (all full size pickups) and now add up sales of the 4 leading midsize pickups (Tacoma, Colorado, Canyon, Frontier). The latter sold only 20% as many as the former.
