The brakes, drive train, etc., are designed by automotive engineers based on the max. design loads. I.e. GVWR, axel rating, etc. You exceed those weights at your own risk. The one that would really worry me is a significant increase in stopping distance based on exceeding the design limits of the braking system. There are no after market add ones that will help you there.
