The best thing you can do at this point is go get the rig actual weight at a CAT scale then you won't have to guess on the numbers. Your real problem is the potential axle weights. Your guesstimate on total weight is over the combined axle ratings which means at least one of them is exceeded if your correct. Weigh it and find out. A lot of people on here will flame me for the next statement but it is true none the less. Manufactures GVWR has no legal or safety significance, it could be a warranty issue and is a long term durability concern but that's it. Axle ratings on the other hand is a safety significant item as well as a DOT legal requirement.
