Any issues you may encounter will not appear right away, but over time. You may not even use the camper enough to cause any issues to develop!
Ideally you really need a DRW truck or a lighter camper, but many people have managed large campers with trucks like yours by adding aftermarket suspension upgrades and higher-rated tires.
Helper springs, airbags, big swaybars, and higher-rated tires (19.5's) would all be in order in your case.
It's all up to you to make the choice.
