Well nobody really seems to know so I phoned the ministry of transportation in Ontario thought they could enlighten me and I was told by enforcement here that as long as you are not over on axle weights and your gross weight rating on your registration (not door sticker) have enough to not go over you are alright as per an enforcement officer, I know if you are out of province that what is legal in your province is legal wherever you go so he told me I was legal
