I have a 1995 F-350 dually, door sticker says GVRW is 4500kg I'm not overloaded on axle weight but am on gross weight according to door sticker usually around 4750kg gross. My registration in Ontario ...

It’s those things most of us have that we carry campers on, that aren’t even allowed into most of the truck scales. And those are places I regularly take real-trucks into, where the DOT officers don’t care what the manufacturer rating is.
They care how much tonnage you’ve paid for, how much weight is on what size tires, how many of them and how far the axles are spaced apart.
They do not care what the truck maker says.
