The kicker is they also said that none of this would affect my resale value...ok...I was not born yesterday lol! I will be calling my insurance company and see what kind of response I get.
MY DH was in the auto body business for many years and trust me the squeeky wheel gets the grease....when you speak with them be professional BUT forceful! Tell them that the repair is NOT acceptable and you would like to have an adjuster come out and inspect it!!!!!
