I was also surprised given the homework we did prior to settling in on our camper, checked every manufacturer, we were willing to spend the extra $$ on the best we could find, 95% of what they provided has been great, just the final 5% that is a disappointment. I hesitated posting this complaint but have had it with lack of return calls, emails and continued dodging the issue. I am in the service industry and would be out of business if I provided this level of service.
