Update on Hallmark Manufacturing Customer Service;
Received a new cook top and oven door in stainless steel yesterday, approximately 10 months after receiving our new pop up truck camper. It seems as though the issue is Atwood which manufactures the oven/range.
Still happy we made our purchase with Hallmark in spite of the lengthy delay in resolving this issue. Hallmark by far has the best pop up truck camper out there.
