We had the retro fitted on our 03 guanella, absolutely love them, great outdoor storage and we got rid of the box we had to pack and unpack every time we set up camp. Better departure angle as well. Let me know any questions you might have, we have no regrets.

Dont know the canadian question, sorry, cant think of why it would be an issue.
