Happi jack service

I recently purchased a used Bigfoot and had problems with the remote jack system. I called the happi jack service department and they said to send the remote and control box to them, and they would check it out and repair or replace the items needed. They repaired them and returned it to me and covered it under warranty? I didn't really have any warranty, because it was a used system. They were great to work with. Now it works without any problems. Thanks
