You can create a wet environment just pull out your garden hose...lol.... the point being... you want to check to make sure your gutters are not draining onto the top of the motors. If they are you may have to get the longerdrain extensions I had to do that to mine. Be sure to get the long flexible ones not the hard plastic ones they break off too easy... and if you're in a wet environment for long periods just throw some 1 gallon Ziploc bags over the top of them just to help Safeguard getting any moisture intrusion it's worth the Peace of Mind and of course if you're storing it outside for long periods of time you definitely want to cover them.
