And not just for their product, but their service. There are several people on here who have called needing help or service and had very poor experiences. I personally will never deal with them again due to my own personal experience when a Crappijack failed. When I bought my latest camper, it came with Crappijack lifts from the factory. I spent the money, removed the entire system, and put on a whole new system from another company.
On the complete opposite side of the customer service spectrum is Torklift. Do a similar search and you will see numerous posts of people singing the praises of the service they provide.
