If you're determined to keep the truck you definitely need some suspension help to at least get the truck leveled, and some better tires.
As it sits, I would not scream "disaster" as some others have and will, but I will say that there may be some unpleasantness coming your way. Slow going and white knuckles in a wind storm. Changing flats on the side of the road. Those are examples of the dozens of things you will have to endure on trips, where nobody will get hurt, but the experience will be unpleasant.
It can't possibly be comfortable or enjoyable to drive like that. Wait until the newness wears off before you come back and say, "No, it handles very well and I do not feel at all uncomfortable behind the wheel."
