If you use the other 3 to lift the camper slightly so that this jack is off the ground (not far) does this jack still move until it takes a load or is it a specific spot where it ratchets? If it's the load and not the position of the jack, you could at least use this method to inch the camper up. Just don't get the camper too far ahead of the 4th jack. If it's a single spot where it ratchets, there may be something bent or broken which gets us back to the teardown/lubricate post.
