Hard side vs aluminum side trailers
I was just wondering what everyone's thoughts were on these trailers. We have owned both and have liked both. What are your thoughts good and bad on these.

Aluminum siding is hard, the last time I checked. Cosmetically, all things considered, fiberglass and gelcoat win. Durability goes to aluminum since a delamination event is much harder to recover than a damaged wood frame. I don't think there is any intrinsic superiority with either siding material. There are a lot of other things to look for in appraising a trailer's quality.
