No reason that you should not be able to get a firm "ordered" price
without any rebates or incentives. Nobody will be able to give a firm exact price with rebates or incentives as they change every few weeks. It may be 8-12 weeks in the future when you take delivery so firm price without incentives will be worst case and you get whatever incentive is in effect at time of delivery to be the better.
I have ordered in the past and got better incentives at delivery and sometimes not as good. Its a roll of the dice but the main thing is that you get exactly what you want in the proper color when you order.
I just spent 3 weeks in South Carolina and a few people I talked to in the campgrounds said that SRW 3500 are tough to find in the south but there was 10 within 100 miles of me when I purchased in MARCH 2014. Maybe look at Auto trader on line in major northern cities.
I would suggest Grand Rapids, MI and Indianapolis, IN to start.
