Thanks for the recommendation on inverters. There's not much to choose from in the way of 2000 Watt PSW 48v inverter/chargers. I know the Magnum is supposed to be the best, but at 4 times the cost of the AIMS, I simply can't afford it. The 3000 watt Outback is sweet (93% efficient v 88% efficiency for the AIMS and Magnum), but it's still $1,000 more than AIMS. It's hard for me to justify the price difference based on efficiency alone. AIMS only comes with a year's warranty, while Magnum offers 4 yrs, whereas the Outback comes with a 5 yr warranty, so it may be worth it to spend the extra grand and go with the Outback. I'm trying to stretch a meager budget, so I might cheap out and gamble, replacing it with an Outback if and when it ever fails. Food for thought.
