It's possible, your camper is just tuned into the "right" frequency! Or, that ghost just want some entertainment.
(How about leaving the radio ON and see if Mr. Ghost turns it OFF?)
I once saw a episode of Gilligan's Island where the metal fillings in Gilligan's teeth were picking up radio stations.
I saw it on TV it must be real.
