I have always felt that the only benefit from those that believe in washing the roof, is that it gets them up there where they can look it over for potential problems... The problem in the making that I would be concerned about here, is the condition and installation of the caulk. The antenna marks are pretty much normal and unlikely to be a issue. The caulk has surface cracks for sure, and it appears to have some gaps or holes where water can pool and possibly freeze causing future leaks.
I like to know that the roof is clean and conditioned, therefore the annual cleaning is worth it to me. While up there, I also inspect the A/C housing, caulking, and other seams to make sure that everything looks good. I don't have enough experience with RV roof caulking to know what looks good and what is in need of repair. I do know a guy who works on RVs for a living who would know. The next time we take the trailer for a bearing repack, I will have him inspect.
ANY cracking and I am redoing it. I also hate areas where water can collect, and consider caulk installed in such a way as to allow this shoddy workmanship and prone to problems down the road.
I don't believe in letting this go until it looks worse.. The next time you look at it, the damage have already started.
