New 3/4 and one ton Diesel truck sale prices and same diesel truck used sale prices vary depending on which part of the country one lives in. I'm not talking a one time best deal or a one time dealers special offer...... but a overall every day price.
Having owned and operated Fords/GM and Dodge trucks on the road I'm not brand loyal or one brand is better overall. I've owned more GM trucks over the years.
Around here a new GM or Ram or a Ford with the same type standards and options all within a few hundred dollars window sticker prices.
However around here some (not all) Dodge/Ram 2500/3500 dealers will under price with a higher percent off sticker prices than Ford and especially the GM dealers on a comparable equipped diesel truck.
Ford and Dodge/Ram diesel out sell the GM brands .....around here.
Ford one ton DRW with a dot number tops the Ram 3500 DRW/dot numbers a bit in numbers pulling heavy GN trailers I see local and on the interstate. Its rare we see a 3500 DRW GM pulling the same trailer with a dot numbers.....around here.
Other folks area can be different.
JMO but some folks would swear their brand was best even tho it has square wheels.
