My 2005 F250 PSD sold after 10 years with just under 125K miles for close to dealer selling price of an XLT based off of NADA and KBB. It was only a 4wd extended cab short bed in XL trim but did have a Pioneer in-dash Nav, Bully steps, Vision 19.5" wheels, Rancho adjustable shocks, Firestone air bags and Torklift tie downs and receiver. I had about $35k into the truck since new even with the upgrades, taxes and fees.
When I traded my 2005 truck I got the NADA value at trade in with no hassels. In addition the 2007 Super Duty we bought last month from a dealer we essentially paid a little under the NADA value simply because we just purchased a 2017 Super Duty for the MIL in December so we got a good deal.
