So you are saying that Ford had no input or say about Navistars build of the 2003-2007 engines and the resulting fiasco? If Ford engineers were so smart why did it take 5 years for the new engine? Just asking.
Edited to ask: Some time ago I think I read that Ford sued Navistar because they stopped paying Ford for warranty claims. I also read that with reservations, Navistar built to specifications insisted upon by Ford. Can anyone confirm? I am unable to find anything to confirm that.
