Heartland Wilderness Travel Trailer Recall

Question

My father in law and I were camping this past week and a guy stopped by our campsite and said, he owned a heartland wilderness BH travel trailer and he pointed out a crease in the top left corner of my father in laws 2014 Wilderness RL travel trailer. He said that his heartland wilderness BH did the same thing and it finally cracked and he had to have the whole from section replaced and the dealer did it under warranty.
I have checked on the web but cannot find any recalls for this. Has anyone run across this problem?

I don't know anything about a recall. But if it was my trailer and it was under warranty I would be contacting the dealer well before the warranty ran out to see if it was a covered defect.

Thanks for the info. Finally got through to Heartland and talked to a service rep and he said take to dealer they will take pictures and make a determination but they do not have recall for this at this time. Will make and appointment with the dealer. Thanks again. If anyone owns one of these they may want to keep and eye on the front of there travel trailer.
