That looks like someone backed up too tight and jackknifed the trailer into either the rear of the truck or the WD hitch.
I don't think it is a big deal. I would check with a straight edge to make sure the entire frame tube isn't bent, which would affect wheel alignment. But it is very unlikely that a little dent like that has really hurt anything. You don't need a fancy straight edge, just a stick of wood or even a yard stick.
