If I ever meet the man that designed this unit I will spend some time behind bars. lol From day one we have had issues with the latches and finally they broke and also broke two of the hinges ...

The Heki skyligh and all of the Domeic windows are absolutr CR@P! Here is my review of them.
I have taped my latches in place to the tabs permanant-like because the latches no longer stay in place.
@OP can you take a photo of the broken tabs so we can see what we are up against? I want to help you solve our problem, because I am sure I will need to d the same to mne at some point. (I will try to get out and look at mine in the next few days when I get the chance.)
