Heki skylight and 12v reefer(Northstar Campers specifically)

I see all the reports here about the heat issues with the HEKI. I also see that most all of them come from much warmer places than New England where I am, or Canada, Alaska where I travel.

Thanks for the warnings. I don't think I will ever fully close the light blocking cover again. I also will probably put a cover on it as it sits in the sun in the driveway between trips.
