Thanks for the responses.
More questions...
When I'm plugged into shore power.. the converter is constantly on and I can hear it or the fan (or both) and it is somewhat loud and annoying... should I try replacing (what looks like a computer) fan first? Is this thing constantly sending a charge to the batteries? I just installed two new 6V batteries and don't want to ruin them.
I lit the pilot of the oven and the burner ignited after 10 seconds or so.
The Fridge does not seem to work on shore power either. The panel lights are one and the interior light is on. I checked it after 1.5-2 hours and wasn't remotely cool. Am I missing something?
The water heater doesn't seem to come on either.. I turned the exterior valve to pilot and tried lighting in to no avail. No scent of propane either... any suggestions.
Last but not least... I filled my water tank up and turned on a faucet and nothing came out. Didn't see a switch on the pump next to the tank.
