Camper looks good ! Have fun with it.
As to the fridge, mine takes a good solid 8 hours or so on shore power on a warm day to get down to normal temp. I usually try to help it along a little bit by putting some frozen two liter soda bottles from the house freezer in both the freezer compartment and the fridge compartment. And of course pre-cool all the stuff like bottled water, etc in the house fridge.
EDIT: looks like you could pull your chains up a little so they don't drag on the ground.
