HELP----AC fan blows when thermostat is set to OFF

I just had a new AC installed in my 2009 travel trailer. Crazy thing is happening.. The only way to turn the AC fan off is to flip the AC breaker or unplug the trailer from power. This is a non-digita...

Whoever installed the air conditioner should provide an explanation on why it runs when the thermostat is set to "off". Perhaps you have a defective thermostat and if they didn't install that it's probably why they would consider and additional charge - just speculation. BTW - if you have defective thermostat make sure the replacement is a digital one - major improvement.
