Setting the HEAT/COOL/OFF switch to off will not stop the fan on most thermostats if the fan switch is set to ON.

Thanks for your reply. Thermostat is set to OFF and fan set to AUTO and AC fan still runs. It also runs when set to HEAT and fan on Auto. The only way to shut of the AC fan is unplug the trailer from power or flip the AC breaker. Could it be a wiring glitch? Wrong AC installed?
