There is two fuses on the control board located in outside access. See page 10 of manual.

Thank you! I completely missed the wiring diagram on page 10. The problem was indeed one of the 3AMP fuses on the outside box. I replaced both along with a 20AMP fuse that was there just for piece of mind. I'm good to go and learned something new!
