Help decide - Skyline Nomad 21 or Wolf Pup 18TO? Which one?

New to camping, this will be my husband and I. We have an 08 Dodge Ram 1500, can tow 7900lbs.
We have narrowed down the trailer we want to buy to a new 2018 Wolf Pup 18TO (has large slide out) or a used 2016 Skyline Nomad 21. I worry about the lengths and how hard these might be to maneuver. My husband can haul trailers but we have hauled a 22ft boat and 20ft horse trailer. Should this be easy and will the skyline be a strain?
The Wolf Pup is 4200 and skyline 5000.

Which is best quality?

    Probably, if it doesn't need anything, like tires, WDH, hoses, etc.
    My kids bought a new 2015 EcoCamp 214BH for around $17K. I believe it's the same as the Dart.

    Umm...the one in my signature...
    2008 Nissan Frontier Crewcab 4WD

    Looked at lots of campers in the 19' to 22' range under $20K.
    When we saw this one, it clicked. Quality is in the eye of the beholder. We have not had one problem with it in a year and a half other than a skylight leak. We've pulled over 10K miles since buying it.
    Maybe we just got lucky.

    I really have enjoyed our 2011 Nomad 22ft. The quality sold us on this unit.The weight is 3600 lbs (no slide out). We bought it new from a dealer for $18,000 when Skyline was going away. We pulled it home with our 1996 GMC Jimmy (6 cyl) in 50 mph headwinds. We actually did ok. The old Jimmy has been having issues with or without pulling the trailer so we switched over to a F150. Now I have a lot more storage and power.

    Skyline is the company name. They made a variety of campers with different names like Nomad, Joey, EcoCamp, and Dart. A company named Evergreen bought Skyline and then went under after a couple of years.
    Overall, people seem to be very satisfied with them. We certainly are.

    We like our Nomad. We looked at other RV's and most look like junk in comparison. We have a 22ft with no slide. It has a queen in the front with the kitchen on the right and dinette on the left as you go back. The bathroom in the back has a tub on the right, then toilet, sink and large clothes closet. We have made a few minor modifications. We have had very few issues. It's a 2011.

    Do you find keeping the white fiberglass exterior clean is hard to do? Does yours have Bluetooth in the radio? I didn't know the company no longer existed. I guess that is why I don't see many for sale.
