Skyline nomad

Does anyone have any info on these nomad campers can’t find anything looking for owners Manuel’s. Mine is a 1988 23 foot
  • They wernt too bad. Same quality as Terry. Wood frame, corogated aluminum. As with any trailers that old condition is paramount. That means overall and signs of water leaks.
  • Mine is is near perfect condition except the fridge needs a new cooling unit no water damage roof was sealed before any issues. Just need some help with 12 volt wiring and shore power with built in battery charger I can’t trace all the wires out right to see what goes to where makes it difficult to make sure everything works correctly. I just bought this camper a few weeks ago just trying to shake it down
  • Wires run wherever they felt like at the time imo.

Owners manual so generic they are not much good. Example sort of like... prior to travel make sure hitch is properly connected.

Sometimes wish we still had her. Lots of good times.
  • Your best bet is to do an individual search on the internet for each component you need info on. For example your fridge do a google search with the manufacturer name and model number plus manual and you should find an online manual for the fridge.

Wiring is pretty much hit and miss. You can use a tone generator and amplifier probe to trace the wires from one end to the other
  • Owner's manuals for most TTs seem to be vague or overly generalized. It seems there are two many models and variation to cover.

Wiring, plumbing, lighting and other things seem to be unit specific and are routed or attached as needed.
