Help!! Electric Atwood Jacks......

I am trying to load my lance on the truck, leaving in the morning (maybe).
I activated the jacks and when I push extend all on the remote I hear a click and the activator switch light goes off. Replaced battery in remote thinking that was it.....now it will activate for a minute and I can start to extend the jacks but then it quits again.

Can anybody help me with this?? I am dead in the water right now.

    Ok I think it may be ok now.....can it be when you change the battery it needs to like reset itself? I let it sit for a while and now it seems to be working ok, at least for right now....

    Check camper battery voltage first without being plugged in. Then plug in to power, and then see what the battery voltage is.

    Try driving the jacks with power on, and proper battery voltage indicating that the battery is getting charging voltage.
