Help. Frig problem

2017 rockwood ultra light. Have a Dometic dmr/doc series 7 frig. It has selection for lp or auto which uses Elric or propane. Has 3 blue lights. That let you select low med high for temp. They also serve as fault lights. Just arrived Friday night. Seaside OR. Have 2 lights flashing. Which says he problem with the thermostat Needs service. There is no help around and it is weekend. Cannot find reset outside on back of frig. Trying to search on Internet. No answers yet. If anyone has suggestions. Send them over. Thanks
  • 2 flashing temp LED lights on upper panel indicate .......cooling unit overheated or thermal fuse disconnected

Need to look in outside compartment
Inspect burner area for any yellow residue
Check overheat devices by burner area and on stack (red wire from control module to devices and yellow wire back to control module)

Have you been operating fridge without trailer being LEVEL?
  • From another website:

"If all the temp. lights are flashing then there is a loss of communication between the circuit board and upper controls... What I would do is go to the back of the fridge and unplug it from the outlet and disconnect the 12 volt supply wires. While it is dis-connected check all the plug ins very carefully, make sure nothing is loose at the circuit board. Hook up the DC supply and plug back in and see if it cleared. IF not then it could be the circuit board and I would have it looked at under warranty, it should have a two year warranty. If you start taking to many items apart you could void that warranty, have seen that happen before. Sometimes the code will reset if you take away the DC power, that is all the fridge needs to turn on"

Try checking connectors. Should reset after power is restored.
Make sure thermistor is clear so air gets around it. Should be mounted to fins if refer portion.
  • Did you not run it before you got to camp..I would start stove and purge air out..turn fridge to off then back to auto
