What will be the axle weights on the Tundra when all hooked up and fully loaded with gear and people? I think you will find yourself at or over at least one weight limit.
Definitely not apples to apples, but I have been towing with my 07 Tundra since new, and find the rear axle gross weight is very easily exceeded, and the vehicle total gross weight can be exceeded while still not exceeding both of the axle gross weight ratings.
Use the scales and distribute your weight correctly (my experience is that the Tundra likes to "squat" and it takes some aggressive WD Hitch setting to get the front end back down where it belongs.
I have never felt like the truck was being pushed around, and it definitely has the HP needed.
