How bad could it be? Dragging our 35', 7800b dry unit through the mountains of PA I was getting about 9.2 in my Ecoboost F150. Which is about what they get in a V10 class C or, say a gas F250. With the EB, it was in boost a lot of the time and that makes it about a 7.0L engine and has the thirst of one. But it's a beast towing.
