Help identify the make, year, model of this trailer

Someone my daughter-in-law knows bought this trailer and on the way home, someone rear ended them. Their insurance company won't pay without knowing the make, model, year. Personally, I would think a two hour old bill of sale would establish the value and the DMV info from the trailer license plate would answer the questions, but what do I know?
