Interesting project. I too will be following your blog. For me, there are not near enough windows. My trailer has six windows, and even at that, I often wish for more. I love the trailers that have windows that go all the way to the floor and nearly to the ceiling.
If you think this trailer is going to be more economical to pull from a fuel mileage standpoint, I think you can forget that. It's going to be the same as any store bought RV as to towing mpg. Which is, apparently fine with you from what you say, since you are going to use a 3/4 ton gas truck ( good choice ).
Again, I think it's a cool project, but my bet is for the money spent, you could buy a lightly used RV, and re-fit the interior to come up with something very nice.
