If you think this trailer is going to be more economical to pull from a fuel mileage standpoint, I think you can forget that. It's going to be the same as any store bought RV as to towing mpg. Which is, apparently fine with you from what you say, since you are going to use a 3/4 ton gas truck ( good choice ).
Again, I think it's a cool project, but my bet is for the money spent, you could buy a lightly used RV, and re-fit the interior to come up with something very nice.
:E Thanks for your feedback. You are in the majority of those that think I need more windows. 15' does provide limited options, but I may do a floor to top window in the door if I can. Well, your're right it may not be more economical to pull than another trailer equal in size, but my last ride was a 31' Arctic Fox TT and I think I'll make out a little better on fuel this time.
