HELP, I'm in a jam

We arrived at Disney today . Set everything up in the pouring rain, no problems though. I had the AC running for a while when a heard it shut off. I didnt think anything of it, I thought it just reached temp. When I noticed the trailer getting warm I checked the AC and it wouldn't turn on. Checked the breakers and fuses, nothing tripped of blown. The only other odd thing I found was the microwave had no power eiither. I know it had been working earlier. There is no way they are on the sane circuit??. The TT is a 2012 keystone Laredo 291TG

I think both of those items needs 12VDC at the thermostat - Is your converter/charger working...i.e. does your ceiling lights come on ok.

Your 12VDC comes from two places - the converter/charger unit or the batteries.

ALSO look for tripped GCFI circuits - should be GFCI receptacle at every water sink - wash sink - bath room etc Usually three places... Push in the buttons of these GFCI receptacles.

    just my thoughts

  • Even if breakers seem to be ok shut them of and back on. Remember even breakers have to be working internally, as they do get burnt contacts and have to be replaced. Indications that they are bad is if they smell hot and or are melting the outer casing due to internal shorts.
  • Is there power to other things? Maybe you have bad power on the hookup post.
