I ran my AC for an entire year off a standard plug in the garage until I put in a 30 amp plug outside. Your AC does not require 30 amps. If it did you would never be able to run it and anything else with 30 amp service. Now you will need to make sure the water heater is on gas, maybe the fridge and you will not be able to run the microwave at the same time. The problem is some people run a 100 foot small gauge extension cord and this can create issues.
If you are speaking of running your AC at home and this is the reason you purchased 2 Honda 2000's it would have been cheaper to just have the appropriate 30 amp service installed to hook up to.
