Mine does, and has done it for 16 years on 3 different campers. 2 Colemans, and 1 Dometic. IF there is nothing else on in the TT, or on in the house on the same circuit. The House outlet will run it. The AC does NOT pull 30 amps by itself. And not even close to 30 AFTER it is running. It pull the most at start up.
So Sorry. Try again. You will need a HD drop cord, and a HD adapter. As mentioned, the small round ones from Walmart will melt.
