Help me understand Consumer Reports [fixed the gaint img]

I am looking at the consumer reports and the 2018 reliability scores and am very confused at the numbers. why are the HD trucks have a low score. It is they get data from 640k buyers. is it a mat...

That, and the "ride quality". People buy a Jeep or a pickup and think it should ride like a Mercedes limo!
C'mon, folks, if it is a truck it is supposed to ride like a truck!
Mine does, and I expect it.
