HELP on buying the tow vehicle.
So we are ready to buy a tow vehicle and I'm tense about buying the wrong one. We have a bumper pull travel trailer. A Keystone Passport touring 2300bh. The dry weight is 4380 and hitch weight is 460....

Just chiming in here. I own this trailer. We tow with a 2007 Tahoe LTZ. I added an additional oem tranny cooler to it. Tows well. If I can, I usually pull the 3rd row seats when we tow, just for some added capacity, but have towed it to nashville and back with them in and no problems.
I will say, folks here are correct, you will be surprised at how much everything weighs when all packed up. I will add that I think our clothes and other things like towels etc add way more weight than you would expect.
With ours, we have a WDH setup, I am guessing you will need one too. Get a good quality one, and do some research on it. Don't let the dealer just give you whatever they say you need. That so far is my only regret. What we have works, but it could work so much better, and I would have rather had them give me the monetary amount towards a better one and just bought that right from the start. They aren't cheap.
