FWIW, I replaced the foam and cushions in my trailer. Two of those cushions serve as bunk mattresses and four others serve as a convertible bed. I bought new foam at an upholstery supplier: Rochford Supply. I also bought the cloth there because I got a heck of a deal on the fabric. My BIL, the upholsterer sewed the covers. Really made a lot of difference in comfort and appearance.

If your foam is still in good shape, you can reuse it but the price of all new foam wasn't a bank-breaker for me.
The last trailer I derodentized, it was necessary to clean everything with strong soap. We even disassembled and cleaned the stove as the mice had traveled up into the insulation. They get into the worst places.
Good luck with your new RV, when you're done it will be a memory maker. :)
